Walk-in Appointments Welcome
For those walking in wanting an appointment that day our friendly staff is here to serve you provided that you have your medical records in hand.  Or we can have your records sent to our clinic for you and our medical staff will review them for FREE.  You will be seen if an appointment is available otherwise an appointment can be made for you.

For those who have your medical records sent, we will evaluate them and you will be contacted by our office to set an appointment as long as you have a qualifying condition that the State of Oregon has put in place.
